Shipping:

Uncle Nick's Toy Venture strives to ship orders within 3-7 business days for prompt delivery. Please double check your address to confirm it is correct. In the case that the address is incorrect or needs to be changed for whatever reason you will receive an email. Items are securely shipped with bubble wrap and include tracking. Yes, we do offer combined shipping!

Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive to be sure they are the correct items and that they were not damaged during shipping.

Returns/Exchanges:

We take care to provide quality products and package them securely for shipping, but of course issues do arise from time-to-time. If you are unhappy with your purchase or the item arrives damaged, we will consider returns or refunds on a case-by-case basis. Always inspect your item immediately upon receiving it to ensure we can address any issues immediately.

To begin the return or refund process, please contact us via our contact form or at the phone number below within 7 days of receiving the item or items. Attach detailed photographs of any damage or defect and describe the issue clearly. We will examine the issues and get back to you with options.

Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase.
Please note that we cannot provide refunds for gift cards.
